Our aim is to deliver this service by providing comfortable and safe accommodation for service users.

Lead a happy, healthy and fulfilling life

We will create an environment that promotes openness, self-worth, dignity, mutual respect and positive communication.

We aim to allow service users to lead a happy, healthy and fulfilling life in an environment in which they feel safe and secure. We aim to promote confidence and self-esteem in order for the service user to pursue a lifestyle which is unique to each individual. Our approach and care planning will be holistic and person-centred.

Maintain your own tenancies

Our aims & ambitions

We are a care provider who offer services for adults with Learning Disabilities. We offer 24-hour support for people living with us. We provide this support to allow service users to maintain their own tenancies and be at the heart of their care and support.

Living with Caalcare, you will have the support of a member of staff all day from getting up in the morning until going to bed at night. A staff member also sleeps over and is available if you need help or support during the night.

Person-centred approach

At Caalcare we recognise and respect the individual needs of each of our residents and work in partnership with them to tailor their support experience to best meet their needs and personality.

Whether a resident requires a little, or a lot of support, we will seek their involvement in planning all aspects of their life spent with us. We also advocate for all of our residents when engaging with healthcare professionals, additional support agencies, other residents, and family members, ensuring that their voice is heard, and respected.

Our approach is always to support our residents to maintain the highest level of independence possible, whilst ensuring their individual support needs are being met.

Ethos of respect

Independence, respect & equality

At Caalcare our main aim is to ensure that people we support are given every opportunity to lead their lives independently and as they wish.

We try to encourage people to develop their skills within the home and in daily life, so they can take responsibility over more aspects of their life.

We aim to uphold an ethos of respect, both towards our service user and to our staff. We feel that each person should be valued and treated equally, meaning the they should be given the same information, and opportunities as everyone else.
